Herbal Consultation
with Kirsten Dehmlow
Schedule a one on one consultation to help you begin working holistically for greater health and wellness.
Before we meet, I will have you fill out an intake form. This is meant to help you take charge of your health by identifying your health goals and the underlying issues that you may be dealing with. I am here to support you in learning more about herbal medicine, aromatherapy and other supportive therapies that can bring about balance. I am an herbalist trained in botanical medicine - I work with healing plants, teas, herbal tinctures and essential oils. I am not a substitute for your primary care provider, so please use them to better understand your health challenges. I am part of your holistic plan, along with your medical practitioners and other complementary medicine modalities you use. When in doubt, be safe. Check in with your doctor or other medical practitioners when needed.
Initial Consultation(1.5 hours) with three follow up sessions (1/2hour each): $230 Consultation includes complete intake and recommended holistic program to include a customized tea blend plus three other remedies that may include a tincture and an aromatherapy blend. Follow up sessions allow us to work together to adjust your herbal program as needed or to work on a new area for support.
With body work (2-2.5 hours) and three follow up sessions (1 hour each): $500 The session will end with a Maya abdominal therapy session and/or Reiki.
Al la carte:
Initial Consultation(1.5 hours): $150
With body work (2-2.5 hours): $225
Follow-up Consultation (1/2 hour): $35 for follow-up intake. Adjustments may be needed to the tea blend and to the overall program. Herbal formulas are an additional fee.
Follow-up with body work (1.5 hours): $100 Maya abdominal therapy and/or Reiki.
Follow-up Bundles:
Four follow-up herb consults for $125
Four follow-up herb consults and abdominal therapy for $375
Appointments need to be paid for at the time of scheduling.
I require a full 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment in order to avoid being charged in full. Special circumstances will be considered.
