Introducing The Wisdom Keepers series: Making Menopause Your Ally. Join women’s health experts Laurel Wilson and Kirsten Dehlmow for a transformative journey through perimenopause and menopause. In this immersive, in-person, four-week class, you’ll gain deep insights into the hormonal changes shaping your experience. We will address issues with sleep and anxiety and learn to harness the healing power of herbs and lifestyle techniques to optimize your health during this transformation.

Each week, you’ll create and take home your own herbal remedy to support your unique journey. With Laurel and Kirsten as your guides, you’ll explore natural remedies and practical strategies to alleviate symptoms, boost energy, and improve your quality of life. You will also become part of a group of incredible wisdom keepers as you learn to embrace and celebrate this period of wisdom and freedom.

Throughout Making Menopause Your Ally, you’ll address topics like sleep and anxiety, learn to empower yourself during radical change, and build confidence through self-care and mindset shifts. The series will conclude with a symbolic plant brushing and mandala creation ceremony to celebrate your growth and transformation. This is more than a class—it’s a space to connect with other women, embrace this pivotal time in your life, and emerge stronger. Let The Wisdom Keepers series help you turn menopause into your greatest ally, with Laurel and Kirsten offering expert guidance every step of the way.
