Racing thoughts, heart palpitations, fear and feeling a lack of clarity and focus are all symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety is such a common complaint and it is easy to understand why. We live in such a fast-paced society with so many obligations, deadlines and expectations. The world we live in also includes much conflict and heartache. Herbs are helpful in supporting your nervous system and easing anxiety.
In this workshop we will discuss the primary herbs used to help people experiencing anxiety. You will create and go home with a calming tea as well as a spritzer.
